Shipping Policy


Every attempt will be made to ship your order within one business day.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during check-out and are based on your location, the total weight of your order, and how quickly you wish to receive your merchandise.  You will have an opportunity to review your shipping charges prior to finalizing your order.


International Orders

The Paperweight Company does not ship to countries outside the United States.


Wholesale Orders

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to accept returned merchandise.  All sales are final. 


Damaged Merchandise

If a paperweight arrives damaged, please [contact us] as quickly as possible.  Damage claims must be received within five days of receipt.  Please retain the shipping carton for possible inspection by the delivery carrier.
